Terms of Service

Effective date: July 25, 2026 · Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of allihealth.ai (the “Site”), operated by Alli Health (“Alli”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. Services Alli provides to healthcare practices are governed by separate written agreements (including a services agreement and Business Associate Agreement), not by these Terms.

2. The Site is informational

The Site describes Alli's services and lets prospective practice customers contact us. Content on the Site (including illustrative reimbursement figures, product simulations, and program descriptions) is provided for general information only, may be simplified, and does not constitute a binding offer, billing guidance, legal advice, or a guarantee of revenue or outcomes. CMS reimbursement rates vary by locality and change over time.

3. No medical advice

Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Alli does not practice medicine. Treating practices remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and for their patients' care. If you are a patient experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping at scale, submitting false or malicious form entries, interfering with the Site's operation, or using it to violate the law.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, marks, and the “Alli” name and logo) are owned by Alli Health or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names (including EMR names shown on the Site) are trademarks of their respective owners; their appearance indicates compatibility of workflow only and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or integration certification.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alli Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, and our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Alli Health against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@allihealth.ai.
